Resilience: Ability a person has to overcome,traumatic
circumstances. Resilience enhances happiness
From neuscience is considered the most resilient people have emotional
balance in stressful situations
supporting the pressure better. The Neuroscientist says
having an optimist attitude prevents stress from being triggered. And is associated with a faster and more
effective recovery. The sense of humor
is anoher aspect that helps others in stressful situations. Stress allow us to adopt to changes in the
environment at moderate levels. When stress is excessive we talk about distress or pathologic stress. This can lead to negative effects on memory such us
anxiety disorders or depression disorders.
Facing this human beings have a
mechanism that allows them adaptively overcome adversity situations.
One of them is resilience.
Optimist also facilitates resilience
,having an optimistic attitude prevents stress from being triggered. The sense
of humor is another aspect that helps
through stressful situations.
Humor relieves tension facilitating
generating links and social relations.
